WEFLO, Hanwha Insurance, and Pablo Airlines Sign Business Agreement for Urban Air Mobility Insurance

WEFLO announced on the 26th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Hanwha Insurance and Pablo Air to develop urban aviation mobility insurance products.
WEFLO, a company specializing in drones, aircraft diagnostics, and care solutions, diagnoses the stability of the aircraft by using AI big data collected from its own diagnostic care solution (verti-pit) and provides the data to Hanwha Insurance. Hanwha Insurance expects to use it to develop liability insurance that will be applied to the entire UAM industry following the commercialization of Urban Air Mobility (UAM).
We plan to expand our current drone diagnostic care solution to UAM diagnostic care and MRO businesses in the future, said Kim Eui-jung, CEO of WEFLO. We will make various efforts to draw a milestone in building infrastructure for the global future aviation mobility industry beyond Korea, he stressed.
